What you'd pay

Your next bill has to drop by more than $49. Then we take 10% of a year's savings, never more than $200.

Next bill $250 lower ($3,000 a year)

$49 + $200

10% would be $300, so the $200 cap applies.

Next bill $75 lower ($900 a year)

$49 + $90

10% of the savings.

Next bill $49 lower or less

$49 + $0

No success fee. You keep your membership, spend map, and renewal alerts.

We email you the savings, the fee, and the charge date before we charge the card on file. The $49 membership renews yearly and is non-refundable.

Why a Guild

Software companies negotiate these deals every day. Owners don't.

The Owner Guild sits on your side of the table, and only yours.

No vendor money

We take no referral fees, commissions, or sponsorships. We'll tell you to stay with a vendor when staying is the better deal.

You stay in charge

Neg only contacts vendors with your written OK, inside your limits. You sign every agreement yourself.

Private by design

Your contracts and bills live in your own private folder. We never share your details with another operator or a vendor.

Questions

Fair questions.

Who is Neg? Is it a person?

Neg is The Owner Guild's AI negotiator. It reads your bills, finds the overpayments, and drafts and runs vendor conversations. A person at the Guild reviews its work, and nothing goes to a vendor without your OK.

What counts as savings?

How much less you'll pay over the next 12 months, as written in the new agreement you and the vendor sign. Canceling a tool you don't need counts too. To earn any fee, your next bill under the new terms has to be more than $49 lower.

When do I get charged the success fee?

After your next bill under the new terms shows the savings. We email you the amount and the date first, then charge the card you saved at signup.

What if my vendor won't budge?

Then you don't pay a success fee. You still keep your spend map, your plan, and your renewal alerts.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We line up alternatives mainly as leverage, and most savings come from better terms with the vendors you already use. We only suggest switching when it's clearly better for you.

Is the $49 refundable?

No. It's your yearly Guild membership. It covers your spend map, plan, and renewal alerts, whatever happens with the negotiations.
